This wedding cake is called “Orchid Paradise”. This wedding cake can be made with 1,2,3,4 or 5 tiers. You have your choice of cake flavours, icing colours and flowers. You also have a choice of icing flavours within certain limits. The orchids are made with gum paste. This cake as shown serves 100-110 people.
